Why SH2

Not another electrolyte.

Most sachets do one job, once a day. SH2 gives each half of the day its own formula, and prints every dose.

Your electrolytes, your magnesium and your fibre. One box, two sticks a day.

Hydration sachets: electrolyte sticks sold as foods in Australia. Greens & vitamin sachets: the two best-known daily brands. Checked 17 October 2026 and re-checked before launch. SH2 amounts are the draft formula.

A sachet in the morning and one at night, every swing since I started in mining. I couldn't find one built for both ends of a long, hot day, so I'm making it, and sharing every step on Instagram.

Questions

Who is it for?

People who sweat for a living (trades, FIFO and outdoor work) and anyone who trains before or after work.

When does it launch?

We're aiming for 2027. The waitlist hears first and gets first access to the first batch.

How much will it cost?

We're aiming for around A$99 a month for a 60-stick box, with a cheaper prepaid three-month option. Your answer helps set it.

What's in it?

Morning: 800 mg sodium, 250 mg potassium and 100 mg magnesium. Night: 5 g fibre, 100 mg magnesium, 400 mg sodium and 220 mg potassium. No sugar in either. These are the draft amounts we're testing now; the full label goes up before launch.

Why is there fibre in the night stick?

Because almost no hydration stick has any, and we wanted one box to cover it. Each night stick is planned at 5 g of fibre from partially hydrolysed guar gum (PHGG), a soluble fibre from the guar bean. As a food, we tell you exactly what's in it and how much, not what it does.

What does the lab report show?

An independent Australian lab tests every batch for what's on the label: sodium, potassium, magnesium, fibre and sugar. The report for your batch will be one scan away on the box.

Is it sugar-free?

That's the plan: 0 g sugar in both sticks, sweetened with stevia or monk fruit. The final label and the lab report will confirm it.

Will there be a creatine version?

If enough of the waitlist wants one. It would be 3 g of creatine monohydrate in the morning stick. Tell us when you join.

Where is it made?

With Australian manufacturers. Designed in WA.

Can my crew order it?

Bulk crew packs are planned after launch. Pick FIFO or trades when you join and we'll keep you posted.
